At Marketo, customer success does not come with a price — there are no charges for the Quick Start program. However, this means you need to be serious in return. To qualify for the free Quick Start, we ask that you:

  • Spend at least $500,000 a year across all your company's marketing programs
  • Have a real lead acquisition or lead nurturing campaign in mind and ready to launch within the next 30 days
  • Have a project leader ready to spend quality time with Marketo's customer success experts during the Quick Start period
  • Are able and intend to become a paid customer for Marketo Lead Management once you see great results from your trial campaign.
